Terms of Service
Standard terms governing the use of the Rapid Movers website, estimates, and moving service engagements.
1. Scope of Estimates
Online quotes and email estimates provided by Rapid Movers represent good-faith estimates based upon customer-supplied inventory, dates, and access parameters. Final moving charges are documented in a written service order prior to the commencement of loading on moving day.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for securing necessary building permits, elevator reservations, and loading dock access required for the move. Hazardous materials, firearms, explosives, and prohibited chemicals cannot be transported under standard moving arrangements.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We strive to provide scheduling flexibility. In the event of rescheduling or cancellation, please notify our dispatch team as early as possible so we can release scheduled crew slots.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
